Ladders seeks a Mgr, Solutions Engineering for a remote leadership position in the US. You will lead a Solutions Engineering team focused on technical support, application delivery, and networking, aligning strategy with HR and leadership to drive performance and execution.

You will partner with executives to plan workforce needs, hire effectively, and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration, while ensuring excellent communication across the organization.

For our client, we are seeking a Mgr, Solutions Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This remote leadership role will oversee a Solutions Engineering team focused on technical support, application delivery, and networking technologies. The manager will drive team strategy, performance, and cross-functional alignment to ensure strong execution, effective communication, and operational support across the organization. This position also partners with leadership and HR on workforce planning, hiring, and team development to strengthen the overall technical organization.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $188,200 – $282,200 annually
