Ladders is seeking a Director of Network Engineering to lead initiatives that support digital product and service improvements. You will own the planning and execution of key technical roadmaps, working with partners to improve workflows and enable scalable operations.

The role also involves budget planning, talent development, and cybersecurity incident response, while enabling a remote US-based work arrangement. This is a leadership position overseeing major projects and strategic delivery.

Qualifications

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Network Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will lead network engineering initiatives that support digital product and service improvements across the organization. The Director will own the planning and execution of key technical roadmaps, working closely with business and technology partners to improve workflows, strengthen service delivery, and enable scalable operations. This position also plays a critical role in budget planning, talent development, and cybersecurity incident response.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $127,000 – $237,800 annually
