Ladders is seeking a Manager, District Systems Engineering to lead a high-performing pre-sales systems engineering team in the Enterprise Technology space, supporting complex evaluations and driving technical win outcomes.

This remote US-based role partners with Professional Services and Customer Success to ensure successful solution implementations, develop talent, coach technically, and advance security initiatives across accounts. Compensation: $232,800 – $320,100 annually.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a pre-sales system engineer manager role.
• Strong background as a Senior System Engineer or Specialist.
• In-depth knowledge of security product market trends and competitor offerings.
• Experience delivering comprehensive security solutions.
• Familiarity with network security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, and SOC transformation technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Quota-driven mindset with a focus on client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the district solutions consulting team.

This role will guide a high-performing pre-sales systems engineering team focused on supporting complex customer evaluations and driving technical win outcomes.
