Ladders is seeking a Sr. Manager, Infrastructure Engineering to lead a high-performing team responsible for private-cloud reliability and operations in a remote US-based role.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to plan major initiatives, manage risks, and drive service quality, with 24x7 production support and incident response.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or related fields.
• Proven track record in managing senior technical teams.
• Experience with 24x7 production support and major-incident management.
• Strong program management skills across technical initiatives.
• Knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, and private-cloud technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Infrastructure Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This leader will guide a high-performing infrastructure organization responsible for the reliability, availability, and operational health of a private-cloud environment. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with strong operational discipline, ensuring production services run smoothly while driving continuous improvement across engineering and support processes. This is a highly cross-functional position that partners closely with technical teams to plan major initiatives, manage risks, and strengthen service quality.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $155,000 annually
