Job summary

鴻海精密工業股份有限公司 is seeking a Production Lead to manage the daily operations of the assigned production line on the factory floor in Houston. You will coordinate a team to meet output goals and ensure a smooth production flow.

You will ensure materials, tools, and PPE are available, train associates on SOPs, and support continuous improvement by coaching performance. Overtime and emergencies may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the assigned production line.
• Assign work and balance manpower to meet production goals.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available to prevent line downtime.
• Ensure associates are trained and follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Perform production tasks as needed to maintain production flow.
• Coach associates and support daily performance improvement.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Material Handling, Quality, and Engineering to resolve production issues.
• Maintain WIP, inventory accuracy, and system transactions using SFC.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Education and Work Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Office and manufacturing floor environment.
• Frequent standing, walking, and interaction with production associates
• May be required to work overtime, weekends, or respond to production emergencies as business needs.
• Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Able to read and write in English
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus

Language:
