Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates the daily activities of production line personnel.
• Assists in managing work schedules, assignments, and production processes to meet production goals.
• Partner with Supervisor to coordinate operations and generate daily production reports.
• Responsible for quality and quantity of production output by training new hires and skill assessment/development of existing employees.
• Follows all GMP's and works in line with corporate, regulatory, food safety, quality and sanitation requirements.
• Ensures company policies and procedures are followed consistently.
• Ensures line personnel practice safe work habits and follow safety rules.
• Reports Quality or Maintenance issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Must be able to stand in the work area (cold) for up to 10 hours with breaks and lunch.
• Must be able to work weekends, overtime when required.
• Other duties including moving to another group or start time.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manages and coordinates the daily activities of production line personnel.
• Assists in managing work schedules, assignments, and production processes to meet production goals.
• Partner with Supervisor on a daily basis to coordinate operations and activities within department and generate daily production reports.
• Responsible for quality and quantity of production output by training new hires and skill assessment/development of existing employees.
• Follows all GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality and sanitation requirements.
• Ensures that company policies and procedures are being followed in a consistent manner.
• Ensures line personnel practice safe work habits and follow safety rules.
• Reports Quality or Maintenance issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Must be able to stand in the work area (cold) for up to 10 hours with routine breaks and lunch periods.
• Must be able to work weekends when required.
• Must be able to work overtime when required.
• Other duties as assigned including: getting moved to another group or work team orstart time.
