Saia, Inc. is seeking a senior sales professional to drive growth for Mexico cross-border and Puerto Rico offshore markets. You will partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, develop value-based transportation solutions, and support execution.

This role focuses on expanding Saia Logistics and Saia LTL through new business opportunities and strategic market initiatives. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in sales or logistics, proficiency in Salesforce and Power

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, transportation, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales or logistics experience, with success in Mexico cross-border and/or Puerto Rico offshore transportation.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Mexico and Puerto Rico.
• Develop growth strategies across target customers, regions, and trade lanes.
• Support discovery calls, presentations, and progression through the sales process.
• Design solutions and pricing to improve cost, service, and value.
• Build relationships with customers, carriers, brokers, and service providers.
• Collaborate with operations and pricing to implement and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide market insights on Mexico cross-border and Puerto Rico offshore transportation.
• Develop market-specific sales tools and materials to drive adoption.
• Monitor pipeline, revenue, profitability, and market share to identify growth.
• Educate the Sales team to improve opportunity identification.
