You will collaborate with Sales and cross‑functional teams to deliver value-based transportation solutions, strengthen market share, and drive profitability across Saia Logistics and Saia LTL. Join a role that blends strategic planning, consultative selling, and stakeholder management to grow revenue while navigating cross‑border and offshore dynamics.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess 5+ years of relevant sales, business development, transportation, or logistics experience.
• Experience in Mexico cross-border and/or Puerto Rico offshore transportation is preferred.
• Ability to evaluate customer transportation needs and communicate value with cross-functional teams.
• English communication required; Spanish preferred for supporting Mexico market.

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Mexico and Puerto Rico.
• Develop growth strategies focused on target customers, industries, and trade lanes.
• Support discovery, strategic sales calls, solution presentations, and opportunity qualification.
• Collaborate on solution design, pricing, proposals, and business cases to improve cost, service, and value.
• Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, brokers, and partners for Mexico and Puerto Rico.
• Coordinate with Operations, Pricing, Technology, and Sales to support execution and satisfaction.
• Provide market insights on cross-border and offshore services to inform sales and marketing.
