Job summary

Saia is seeking a dynamic Global Logistics sales leader to drive growth in international air and ocean freight, import/export transportation, and related services. You will partner with the sales, operations, and pricing teams to identify opportunities, design value-based solutions, and close deals across multiple time zones while expanding our global footprint.

The role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills, plus experience in global logistics and customer-focused

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, international business, supply chain, transportation, or related field.
5+ years of international freight forwarding or global logistics experience.
Experience in selling/logistics solution development.
Knowledge of international trade lanes, import/export processes, Incoterms, and carrier networks.
Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and time zones.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close Global Logistics opportunities.
Serve as Global Logistics expert across customer lifecycle.
Develop growth strategies for target customers and markets.
Support customers with international air/ocean freight and import/export solutions.
Collaborate on solution design, pricing, routing, and service levels.
Monitor pipeline, revenue, profitability, and customer adoption.
