Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking an Inside Sales Representative / Mexico Business Development Coordinator to support the Mexico market. You will manage quotes, pricing inquiries, customer onboarding, and cross-functional communication to accelerate growth.

This role requires 2+ years in inside sales or sales support, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems, with Spanish proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales, sales support, customer service, or related role.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP systems.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Mexico Business Development team with day-to-day commercial activities and customer requests.
• Prepare, enter, and track price quotations in company systems.
• Coordinate follow-up activities related to pricing requests and customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records, opportunity updates, and commercial documentation.
• Assist with sales pipeline management and reporting activities.
• Coordinate the preparation and shipment of product samples to customers and prospects.
