TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking an Inside Sales Representative / Mexico Business Development Coordinator to support the Mexico team. You will handle quote requests, enter pricing, and track opportunities to help accelerate growth.

This role requires strong organizational skills, CRM/ERP proficiency, and bilingual Spanish language abilities. You will collaborate with sales, customer service, operations, quality, and finance to ensure timely, accurate responses and smooth onboarding of new

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of inside sales, sales support, customer service, or related role.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Mexico Business Development team with day-to-day commercial activities and customer requests.
• Prepare, enter, and track price quotations within company systems.
• Coordinate follow-up activities related to pricing requests and customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records, opportunity updates, and commercial documentation.
• Assist with sales pipeline management and reporting activities.
