TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with key clients across remote EST/CST time zones. You will develop strategic plans, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of services.

We value 5+ years in account management or sales, strong communication, and proficiency with CRM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in account management or sales.
• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact.
• Understand client business goals and develop strategic plans to support those goals.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and work with internal teams to implement strategies.
• Oversee delivery of services to meet client expectations, on time and within budget.
• Track and report on account performance, updating clients and internal stakeholders.
• Address issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction and renewals.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts and achieve objectives.
