Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. at time of application.
• Minimum 2 years of overall work experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify legal documents for account changes (extensions/deferrals, due date changes, principal payments/term reductions).
• Respond to inquiries via mail, email, cases, and phone; provide account updates (payoffs, Autopay, amortizations, address changes).
• Process requests related to account questions and title release; escalate where needed; coordinate with internal partners to minimize non-compliance risk.
• Coordinate timely account dispositions and title release with ART; research payment issues and resolve them promptly.
