Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a Dealer Services Specialist II to build strong client relationships across Manheim channels in the Miami area. The role requires visiting dealerships within the territory and reporting onsite at an auction location at least twice per month.

You will partner with various business units and guide clients on our tools while navigating a matrix organization to ensure seamless coordination and satisfaction. Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years' related experience, or alternative combinations as described.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to build strong business relationships.
• Problem solving and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients through proactive engagement and tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Partner closely with sales, mobile inspections, dealer services, and trade desk teams to ensure a unified approach in serving clients.
• Acts as a liaison between clients and internal business units, driving follow-through and ownership in resolving issues from start to finish.
• Using a consultative approach, foster dialogue with dealers on sales performance leveraging industry and market data for strategic recommendations.
• Empower clients through coaching to use our tools and educate on marketplace policies for success.
• Demonstrates prioritization, professionalism, and timely handling of customer care issues.
