Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Client Services Mexico Representative to deliver superior service to Mexico customers and dealers, acting as a dedicated account manager cradle to grave for the Mexico portfolio.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, updating accounts, processing documents, and coordinating with the ART team to resolve payment issues, while maintaining compliance and minimizing risk in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application.
• This position requires a minimum of 2 years of overall work experience.
• Preferred experience includes business-general and customer service experience (2 years each).
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred in related fields such as Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents for account modifications (extensions/deferrals, due date changes, principal payment/term reductions).
• Respond to inquiries via mail, email, cases, and phone; provide account information and perform updates (payoffs, Autopay, amortizations, title copies, etc.).
• Complete requests related to account questions, title release, and document/payoff provision; minimize non-compliance risk with partner policies.
• Coordinate timely account dispositions and title release with ART; research payment issues and ensure timely resolution.
