Transit Team Inc. in Burnsville, MN is seeking a compassionate Metro Mobility Customer Service Representative to greet riders, verify eligibility, and schedule rides using our computer reservation system.

Qualifications

• Pass a non-DOT drug test and background check.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Solid computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Prior customer service and/or call center experience preferred.
• Familiarity with the Twin Cities metro area is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite for the scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from Metro Mobility clients with courtesy, clarity, and professionalism.
• Schedule ride reservations using our computer reservation system.
• Cancel or adjust ride requests based on customer needs.
• Provide accurate estimated arrival times (ETAs) and service information.
• Make outbound calls to confirm next-day trips with riders.
• Clearly explain Metro Mobility policies, procedures, and service expectations.
• Demonstrate a people-first mindset by ensuring every interaction is caring, helpful, and solutions-focused.
