Job summary

Beacon Mobility seeks dependable drivers to transport elderly and disabled passengers across the Twin Cities metro area. You will operate buses safely, assist riders, and provide friendly, reliable service.

The role emphasizes safety, punctuality, and courteous interactions with passengers. Minimum requirements include 21+ years old, a valid Minnesota driver's license with at least one year of driving experience, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Satisfactory Driving Record.
• MN Driver's License with at least 1 year driving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Must be able to perform duties of the role safely and effectively, must be able to bend, walk, sit and stand for extended periods, including while operating the bus and assisting passengers.
• Familiarity with the Twin Cities metro area.

Responsibilities

• Transport elderly and disabled passengers around the Twin Cities metro area in a safe and courteous manner.
• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking; ensure safety belts and accessibility equipment are used.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and comply with all traffic laws and company policies.
