Responsabilités

• Coordinate and dispatch transportation services efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor and adjust routes to maximize performance and service quality.
• Communicate with drivers throughout their shifts to ensure operational success.
• Act as the primary point of contact for driver support and assistance.
• Resolve customer service concerns and operational issues in a professional manner.
• Manage critical incidents, service disruptions, and real-time operational challenges.
• Track and manage KPIs, including: On-time performance, Appointment adherence, Passenger onboard time, Route efficiency.
