Job summary

Core & Main is recruiting a field sales professional in the United States to grow metering and technology solutions. You will prospect new accounts, retain existing customers, and expand opportunities by selling technical products, services, installations, and configurations.

You will use Salesforce to manage opportunities, present turnkey designs, and coordinate installation and project management. Overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related field or 5+ years' experience in metering & technology.
• Overnight travel required as needed.
• Attend routine internal and external training.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new accounts, retain existing accounts, and increase opportunities with current customers.
• Identify potential customers via multiple channels and log activity in CRM.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and offer tailored, turnkey solutions.
• Demonstrate and present the features and benefits of Core+ offerings.
• Build long-term relationships and drive terms to close sales.
