Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review meter-related discrepancies identified by field crews against meter data.
• Process daily meter Reading, investigation and repair requests.
• Monitor AMR system cut cable alerts and coordinate with customers for appointments.
• Update non-AMR meter information in billing system; provide backup dispatch coverage.
