• Substation, metering, instrumentation, controls, power systems or electrical maintenance background.
• Hands-on testing and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read meters as required for field order and cycle billing.
• Install, remove, disconnect, reconnect meters.
• Test single phase, network and polyphase self-contained meters for operation and accuracy.
• Program meters and perform related credit/collections actions for non-payment.
• Investigate irregular usage and energy diversion.
• Repair meters, sockets and enclosures.
• Order, receive, ship, store and inventory meters and equipment.
• Work from ladders and elevated platforms.
