Job summary

You will respond to inquiries, provide order status, coordinate with Inventory, Quality, AR, and Marketing to ensure satisfaction, and document all interactions in CRM. Requires 2+ years metals sales, CRM experience, and proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales experience in metals preferred
• CRM software experience a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding needs
• Manage assigned accounts to meet company goals
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to drive growth and manage relations
• Actively call on established, prospective, and dormant accounts to grow the business
• Respond to inquiries and provide timely order status, deliveries, quality information
• Coordinate with Inventory, Quality, Accounts Receivable, and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction
• Document all customer interactions in CRM
• Qualify leads from trade shows, campaigns, website, and other sources
• Travel locally to customers or trade shows as needed
