Job summary

Sunshine Metals in Las Vegas is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to provide premier customer service from initial contact through delivery of the product. You will work with metals products, respond to quotes, prepare proposals, and help close sales while achieving revenue goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Three or more years of sales experience, metals experience preferred (aluminum).
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to Requests for Quote for current and potential customers.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and sales contracts.
• Increase sales and provide support for current customer base as assigned.
• Coordinate workflow with company staff to close sales quotes.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals set by Sales Manager.
• Proactively review open orders and inform customers of status changes.
• Manage account services through follow-up and quality checks.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge.
• Analyze sales data to help establish account pricing.
• Contribute to a positive, teamwork-driven environment.
