Job summary

Western Forge & Flange Co is seeking a sales-focused professional to generate, qualify and quote customer inquiries for orders via phone and email. The role involves developing new customers while maintaining service for current accounts and reviewing customer specifications and testing requirements.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in sales, knowledge of metals, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales.
• Knowledge in metals.
• High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate, receive, qualify and quote customer inquiries for orders via phone/email.
• Order entry review and approval
• Develop new customers as well as maintain the customer service needed for current customers.
• Review customer specifications and testing requirements
• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints
• Organizational multi-tasking and sales prospecting/follow up/closing abilities
