Job summary

thyssenkrupp Materials, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to operate cranes and forklifts, process orders, and ensure safe, orderly material flow on the warehouse floor. You will read work orders, verify product against specifications, and record measurements while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, basic math, and a safety mindset; forklift experience and computer literacy are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, able to read and write.
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, basic math skills, safety minded.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes, forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Pull, inspect and verify product before processing.
• Set up equipment per work order specifications and record measurements.
• Enter/delete material identification Tags per instructions and assist in packaging.
• Perform equipment preventive maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Identify and segregate scrap and non-conforming material; communicate changes to orders.
