Job summary

thyssenkrupp Materials, LLC is seeking a warehouse inventory associate to accurately provide inventory information for stock across multiple branches. You will monitor and maintain material stock, perform data entry, and assist with tagging and consolidation.

The role operates on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery and requires attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Some college coursework is a plus, with safety and Lean initiatives emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reading and writing English and basic math skills.
• Basic data entry and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to use tape measure and calipers for inspection/measurement.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in written work and data entry.
• Stand, bend, stoop, climb, reach and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and coordinate shipments between locations.
• Move material from stock to processing to support production.
• Operate material handling equipment on the warehouse floor.
• Enter movements into inventory management system accurately.
• Maintain inventory tags and perform material consolidation tasks.
• Identify shortages and communicate with staff.
• Support QA activities related to credits and scrap.
• Participate in health, safety, and Lean initiatives.
