Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Metal Fabrication Technician — Blueprint & Assembly in Russellville, KY to transform drawings into durable metalwork. You will read blueprints, cut, weld, form, and assemble components, and inspect finished parts for quality while maintaining and safely operating fabrication equipment.

The role demands high accuracy, teamwork to meet schedules, and adherence to safety. AWS/ASME welding certification is preferred; pay is hourly with a 1st shift, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Direct metal fabrication and welding experience essential.
• MIG, TIG, and stick welding skills and certification preferred.
• Strong blueprint reading and equipment operation abilities.
