Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a CNC Metals Fabricator & Welder in Clarksville, TN to translate drawings into setups and sequences. You will operate saws, grinders, press brakes, shears, and CNC equipment to cut and form components, then fit, assemble, and weld to meet prints.

You will verify dimensions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality with MIG/TIG/stick welding, while following safety procedures and collaborating with engineers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or vocational training in fabrication/welding preferred.
• Experience in metal fabrication, welding, or a related discipline.
• Strong print-reading skills and the ability to interpret technical documentation.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Experience with fabrication machinery and common shop tools.
• Detail orientation, problem-solving ability, and confidence working independently.
• Credentials: Welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME) preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities
