Responsibilities include welding across aluminum, steel, and stainless steel; designing fixtures to streamline workflows; interpreting blueprints; supporting sheet metal operations; and optimizing welding

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in TIG and MIG welding processes across various metal types.
• Ability to read and translate engineering schematics and detailed work instructions into finished goods.
• Experience with manual metalworking equipment and standard shop tools.
• Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds and maintain productivity during extended periods of standing.
• Basic computer literacy for logging work and accessing digital documentation.
