GMAW Fabrication SpecialistYour day, your craftPicture this: you clock in, pull up the day’s blueprints and work orders, and map out your weld sequence. You set your MIG parameters for steel, verify your wire and gas setup, and prep materials. Tacks go down clean, beads follow with consistent travel speed, and every pass is measured against exacting company and industry standards. Between runs, you check alignment, correct distortion, and log results. When a drawing calls for a repair or a complex assembly, you pivot—fit-up, fabricate, and bring the structure together with care and precision. You keep your station orderly, your PPE on, and your eyes open for safety across the floor.
