Issue Tracking & Resolution: Open, document, and track Zendesk tickets through Gracenote's support portal for metadata discrepancies and reconciliation requests. Maintain visibility into outstanding issues and follow through to resolution.
Gracenote Relationship Management: Serve as the operational lead for Gracenote-specific meetings and discussions. Communicate outstanding issues, elevate high-priority discrepancies, provide internal context, and coordinate follow-up actions with Gracenote representatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Metadata Operations, Content Operations, Technology, and other internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve metadata discrepancies that may impact downstream distribution or content discovery.
