A+E Global Media is seeking a Metadata Coordinator to oversee verification and reconciliation of program metadata with Gracenote. You will manage Airtable references, validate episode sequencing, and track issues via Zendesk, partnering with Technology and Metadata Operations teams to improve workflows.
Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in metadata publishing, strong attention to detail, and experience with XML metadata and delivery protocols.

Metadata Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the verification, reconciliation, and ongoing accuracy of program metadata between internal A+E Global Media systems and Gracenote. This role will serve as a primary operational point of contact for Gracenote-related metadata issues, ensuring that program identifiers, episode titles, sequencing, and artwork are accurately represented and aligned across platforms. The role will also partner closely with internal Technology and Metadata Operations teams to identify opportunities to streamline and automate verification workflows, reduce manual reconciliation, and improve overall metadata quality.
Compensation Contract Hourly Pay Rate: $30.00 The pay rate displayed serves as a good faith estimate for this role. Compensation for the role will be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience.
