Job summary

A+E Global Media is seeking a Metadata Coordinator to verify and reconcile program metadata between internal systems and Gracenote. You''ll manage the Gracenote verification Airtable, validate episode sequencing, and track issues via Zendesk while collaborating with Technology and Metadata Operations teams.

This temporary role requires attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2–3 years in metadata publishing or related area preferred.
• Experience with entertainment metadata, XML, and digital delivery protocols is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify and reconcile program metadata against Gracenote entities.
• Maintain Airtable base for cross-referencing identifiers and statuses.
• Validate episode sequencing and report discrepancies.
• Open, document, and track Zendesk tickets for metadata issues.
• Coordinate with Gracenote and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Document procedures and provide status updates on reconciliation efforts.
