Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, and messaging. You will write direct-response copy, develop testing strategies, and communicate results to clients from Seattle to nationwide teams.

The role requires hands-on management of multiple client accounts, strong analytical skills, and a track record of improving performance and bookings. Work-from-home options and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and video scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports ahead of scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointments.
