Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution across Meta campaigns.

You’ll lead bi-weekly calls, translate campaign data into clear recommendations for non-technical clients, and build strong relationships to support retention and growth. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you’ll manage budgets, audience targeting, testing, and conversion tracking.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and client-facing conversations.
• Ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking and pixels.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as primary contact for clients.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Build and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment bookings.
