Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You will manage Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment bookings, lead bi-weekly calls, and translate data into actionable recommendations for high-net-worth prospects.

The role reports to the Associate Director of Operations and focuses on client results, relationships, and retention, with perks including remote work and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports ahead of scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Manage Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment bookings.
• Monitor budgets, targeting, bidding, creative testing, and campaign variations.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop improvement strategies.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; configure integrations.
