Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist to own a portfolio of client accounts, primarily focused on Meta campaigns for financial services advertisers. You will manage relationships, drive strategy, and optimize performance.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you’ll lead client calls, deliver reports, coordinate tracking setups, and ensure seamless execution across campaigns, with a strong emphasis on responsible budget management and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on paid media experience with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Manage budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables.
• Monitor performance daily and make adjustments based on cost-per-appointment and other key metrics.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop strategies to improve results.
• Test audiences, messaging, and creative to identify opportunities for stronger performance.
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging.
• Set up tracking pixels, Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
• Resolve tracking issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
