Clients Blackbox is a performance marketing agency focused on Meta advertising for financial professionals. The Paid Media Strategist will own client accounts, drive strategy, and manage campaigns from setup to reporting.

You’ll partner with clients to optimize lead generation, balance budgets, and improve show and close rates while translating data into clear recommendations. A strong cross-functional communicator thrives in this growth-focused role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance and strategy.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Develop and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointments.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, and testing.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; configure Calendly/Zapier workflows.
