The Opportunity is a hands-on strategist role owning client relationships and campaign performance. You’ll manage accounts, lead calls, monitor results, and contribute to ad messaging while reporting to the Associate Director of

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with focus on Meta advertising.
Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
Proven ability to meet performance targets while supporting client retention.
Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports 24+ hours before calls.
Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
Build strong client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
Set up and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment bookings.
Monitor budgets and bid strategies, and diagnose underperforming campaigns.
