Job summary

Channel Partners, LLC is seeking a Dedicated Meta Technician Expert to perform end-to-end break-fix, installation, and merchandising tasks across a multi-store route. You will diagnose issues, execute installations and refreshes, and ensure adherence to planograms and brand standards.

You will travel within the market, complete tasks with minimal supervision, and document outcomes accurately while maintaining high-quality customer service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution.
• Experience using basic tools to maintain displays.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving display issues, including lighting components.
• Experience identifying electronic and connectivity issues, including cabling and power.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly service visits across an assigned route of retail locations (24–35 stores based on market).
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain full functionality of displays.
• Perform end-to-end installations, display builds, and refreshes including fixturing, cabling, media players, and security components.
• Independently manage ad-hoc service requests within 48–72-hour SLAs, where required.
• Ensure full compliance with planograms, brand standards, and display requirements.
• Document and report all service activity, outcomes, and insights on time.
• Travel up to 2–3 days for in-person training as needed.
• Maintain trunk stock inventory and replacement parts for efficient service delivery.
