TrackPad is seeking an experienced Meta Ads Expert to lead paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. You will plan, execute, and optimize ad sets, creatives, and audiences to achieve performance goals.

The role is hands-on and data-driven, requiring collaboration with the marketing team to deliver measurable ROAS, scalable growth, and continuous improvement across campaigns. Candidates should have 2+ years of Meta Ads experience, strong knowledge of Ads Manager, and a proven track record

Qualifications

At least 2 years of practical experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising.
Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make informed decisions.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with different industries and campaign objectives is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage Meta advertising campaigns.
Develop targeted audiences based on business goals and customer profiles.
Create and test different ad campaigns, creatives, and audience segments.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets for better results.
Analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, and ROAS.
Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
Stay updated with changes to Meta Ads Manager, advertising policies, and industry trends.
