WIN Home Inspection is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist/Manager to grow our paid advertising program on Facebook and Instagram. You will collaborate with content, copy, and design teams to scale campaigns and drive measurable growth.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, strong budget management skills, and a data-driven mindset. You’ll stay ahead of platform updates and help shape scaling strategies in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook/Instagram).
• Proven budget management with ROI delivery.
• Strong analytical, metrics-driven, and collaborative.
• Experience with Google/YouTube/LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
• Familiar with landing page tools and analytics/marketing automation is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to launch and optimize Facebook/Instagram campaigns.
• Guide campaign strategy, manage budgets, maximize ROI.
• Track CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA and act on insights.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages.
• Stay updated with platform changes and new ad formats.
• Assist scaling strategy and peer development for seniors.
