Job summary

Yoh is seeking an Exchange & SaaS Support Engineer in Fort Mill, SC for a 12-month contract (hybrid). You will support Exchange Online, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and Box, including license administration and policy troubleshooting in a complex enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Microsoft 365 experience, strong troubleshooting and customer service skills, and collaborates across teams. ServiceNow and PowerShell scripting experience are a plus.

Qualifications

2+ years of end-user support for Microsoft applications (Outlook/Teams).
2+ years of Box administration and end-user troubleshooting.
1–2 years of experience with ServiceNow.
1–2 years of OneDrive administration.
1+ year creating/modifying PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 end-user support for Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Box.
Support Microsoft 365 account and license administration.
Troubleshoot and apply Microsoft Teams policies; mailbox maintenance and access management.
Assist with message archiving, retrieval and deletion; on-call rotations.
