Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Exchange/Exchange Online.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
• Strong Windows troubleshooting experience.
• Experience troubleshooting email, messaging, collaboration, and connectivity issues.
• Knowledge of SMTP, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, and authentication.
• Experience with PowerShell and Windows command-line tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Exchange Online.
• Troubleshoot Teams issues related to meetings, calls, chat, presence, audio/video, and connectivity.
• Diagnose Outlook issues involving email, calendar, profiles, synchronization, and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot Exchange issues including mail flow, email delivery, mailbox, authentication, and connectivity.
• Analyze logs, message traces, headers, Windows Event Viewer, network traces, and diagnostic data.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, authentication, DNS, SMTP, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, and TLS-related issues.
• Use PowerShell and command-line tools for troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Reproduce, isolate, and resolve complex customer issues.
• Collaborate with Microsoft engineering and escalation teams on complex technical cases.
• Document troubleshooting steps, root cause, findings, and resolutions.
• Communicate effectively with enterprise customers and provide regular case updates.
