Position Overview

Ideal Candidate Profile-customer-focused support professional

with hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration and messaging platforms.

The strongest candidates will have direct experience with Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Box, along with exposure to:

• M365 account and licensing administration
• Mailbox and access management
• ServiceNow ticketing -PowerShell automation
• Technical/process documentation
• Enterprise troubleshooting -Cloud technologies
• Regulated environments -On-call support

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience providing end-user support for Microsoft applications, specifically Outlook
• 2+ years of experience providing end-user support for Microsoft applications, specifically Microsoft Teams
• 2+ years of experience with basic Box administration and end-user troubleshooting
• 1 2 years of experience working with ServiceNow
• 1 2 years of experience administering and supporting OneDrive
• 1+ year of experience creating and modifying PowerShell scripts to automate recurring tasks
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Exchange Online
• Experience with Microsoft 365 account and licensing administration
• Experience with mailbox and access management
• Exposure to additional Microsoft 365 technologies
• Relevant and current technical certifications
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving multiple technical teams
