Cook Group is seeking a Systems Engineer to support enterprise MES software across the life cycle, from design to sustaining activities. You will work with process owners to optimize MES processes and assist users in MES usage, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes collaboration across global teams, documentation of procedures, and training material development to enable successful MES functionality implementation.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in engineering.
• Experience with MES tools, data, and processes.
• Experience managing complex global projects.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define business needs and user requirements with stakeholders.
• Understand MES design and its influence on other systems.
• Lead the design of MES system functionality.
• Develop procedures for MES management and usage.
• Coordinate MES validation with IT.
• Develop training materials for MES functionality.
• Coordinate with site teams to implement MES changes and data migration.
• Capture lessons learned after implementation.
• Document gaps and coordinate their resolution.
• Communicate upcoming changes to stakeholders and users.
• Govern MES policies and procedures.
• Monitor MES performance data and improvement metrics.
• Identify and manage MES improvement projects.
• Assess supplier upgrades and coordinate actions with IT.
• Draft/update MES procedures to reflect changes.
