Job summary

Gotion Inc. is seeking an experienced MES Lead to analyze requirements, design architectures, configure and implement MES across multiple plants. You will ensure scalable deployment and ongoing optimization of MES solutions to support manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on MES experience, strong documentation and communication skills, and a deep understanding of shop-floor processes. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, with preferred knowledge of Siemens Opcenter,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting MES systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of MES design specifications, architectures, and industry standards.
• Experience working with manufacturing processes, production workflows, and shop-floor systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES requirements analysis, solution architecture design, configuration and implementation for manufacturing operations.
• Deploy, launch, and sustain MES systems across production environments for stability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align MES solutions with business needs.
• Manage MES project delivery across planning, execution, testing, validation, and go-live.
