Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Change Management Engineer to coordinate the management, configuration and testing of MES Applications and supporting automation across the globe.

You will create and run business processes and procedures through worldwide collaboration with Global Process Control, Traveler Control, Information System, area engineering and production. You will lead training, provide solutions for issues, and implement improvements while ensuring QMS compliance and customer-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present data in large meetings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in coordinating and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive and assist with projects related to various Micron MES applications.
• Align and optimize system setups globally, focusing on Best-Known Methods for Traveler and Process Control.
• As the application owner, provide training, feedback, and solutions for issues to the team.
• Implement software system improvements, updates, and upgrades.
• Coordinate the business processes and QMS components, ensuring efficiency and adherence to requirements.
• Promote internal and external customer focus throughout the organization.
• Maintain the integrity of the QMS during planned changes, ensuring customer requirements are met.
