Job summary

Mobis Alabama LLC is seeking a MES Engineer to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the MES within our Savannah Plant. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and ensure MES configurations meet manufacturing needs.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills and MES proficiency, with experience in ERP, SCADA, and PLC integrations. You will lead a team of MES OP & Infrastructure members and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years or more of experience in System Management.
• Strong understanding of production processes and related systems.
• Experience in MES design, configuration, and deployment.
• Knowledge of programming languages and DB management.
• Experience with C#.NET, MS-SQL, and JAVA.

Responsibilities

• Design MES solutions aligned with manufacturing needs.
• Configure and customize MES software for workflows and data collection.
• Test and validate MES systems for reliability.
• Support implementation and integration with ERP, SCADA, and PLCs.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
• Monitor MES performance and support IT upgrades.
