Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-wide MES software across design, implementation, and lifecycle activities.
• Define business needs and user requirements with stakeholders.
• Understand MES design and its impact on other systems.
• Lead design of MES functionality and develop procedures for management.
• Coordinate MES validation with IT and develop training materials.
• Coordinate site implementation including data migration and policy changes.
• Document and resolve gaps, communicate changes to stakeholders and users.
• Monitor MES performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
